DIGITAL VIDEO PRODUCTION
I developed and produced a series of digital videos for Edible San Diego including walk-and-talks, issue trailers, and an award-winning recipe video series. I now work with my production team to create customized digital recipe videos for clients.
Our recipe videos are simple, clean and eye-catching.
Incorporating product placement allowed our media client an easy avenue for monetizing the video series.
Experimented with hosted walk-and-talks that use captions rather than voice-over to allow for easy bi-lingual use.

I consulted on background research, location scouting, and fixing for BBC, Travel Channel, and CNN’s Parts Unknown.
Podcast
I’m a member of the Modern Casserole trio. We discuss cooking tips, food history, and Trader Joe’s obsessions during our ten-episode seasons. I am responsible for the post-production show notes and content for the website. Check it out here.

Feast takes viewers beyond the realm of public dining and into the intimate world of home cooked family feasts to experience the conflicts of modern life with the families navigating them.
